This means I personally, as a craftsman, have handled and constructed your product…not a labor force of foreign workers in my workshop! When you purchase a Duvall product, you get my labor…and the price will reflect that! I am a true professional at work and with business! You get what you pay for, and what you get is the BEST! I spend countless hours searching and buying the best raw materials (leather, thread, rivets, buckles, hardware, dyes, finishes) available!
Attention to detail comes at a price…Time! My workload is massive…and grows larger everyday! My work is highly desired and demands time to be completed! Being patient is very, very important! I will not take kindly to any demands for quick completions of orders placed, or refunds for orders already placed due to time constraints! I am a professional business person, and I am not in the business of taking your money and never delivering a product! However, you can guarantee an expected wait time of 3-9 months for completion of items order, no matter how large, how small, paid for in full, or not! And that is the upfront way it has to be!
