    The delivery was very disappointing. It was supposed to arrive last Monday, but it was delayed and wasn’t delivered until Wednesday. I know you have no control over the delivery process, but you do have control over who you decide will deliver the product. I would recommend FedEx or UPS the next time around. I know you’re trying to save money with delivery, but when you charge an exorbitant amount for the wallet, people expect it to be delivered within a specific timeframe.

    The wallet itself is great however I was a little disappointed with the packaging. We received a free keychain with it and when we opened it the keychain had scratched the outside of the wallet. I guess for $145 i expected better packaging than just a bubble mailer.

    Website is awkward. Difficult to compare items. Different colors are completely different pages. Wound up accidentally ordering an unintended color, a $145 mistake. No way to edit/amend an online order that I could find. Figured I'd call when they opened Tuesday as they didn't list any phone hours for Monday, but they shipped it on Monday. Oh, well.

    I purchased my first bag for a trip. The store shipped USPS postal service, and it was never delivered to my house. They are unwilling to send a replacement or provide a refund. I suggest everyone look elsewhere when purchasing a high end leather bag. The customer service is not good.
