1. There are no returns, only exchanges on completed products!
  2. Orders which have been paid for in full and then later canceled are subject to a 15% return fee.
  3. Products may be exchanged, only if they new and unused. Exchanges can only be made for same or similar product and must be made within 30 days of the ship date.
  4. Products which require sizes (belts) will not be exchanged for full value because of an incorrect waist size provided by the customer. It is of the utmost importance to provide us with a correct waist measurement. If you receive your order and a belt does not fit, it can be exchanged for the same belt at a different size. Your exchange is subject to a 15% exchange fee so make sure to measure yourself correctly.
  5. If we produce a product with requires a size (belts) and we are at fault for an incorrect size, we’ll gladly exchange your order for the correct size at no cost to you.
  6. If your order is damaged or lost during an insured shipment your entire order will be replaced at no cost to the customer. This statement is void if the information provided to Duvall Leatherwork by the customer is or was incorrect. This statement is also void if your order is signed for by someone other than yourself or delivered and no signature is provided at the time of delivery. If your order is not insured we cannot help, so don’t be cheap, expensive shipping is good shipping.
To exchange an item, please print out the PDF HERE. It can be filled out either on the computer or by hand. Please make sure it is in the box when the item is returned.
