Duvall Leatherwork Return & Exchange Policy

We’re committed to 100% customer satisfaction! If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return or exchange your leather goods for store credit or refund within 30 days of the ship date.  No questions asked!**

  1. Email service@duvallleatherwork.comor call 570-283-9297 with your order number to receive your return authorization. If the leather goods are damaged in shipping, we will issue a pre-paid return shipping label. In all other cases, buyer is responsible for return shipping and may ship back the item using the carrier of his/her choice.
  2. We do not accept any returns after 30 days from ship date or in store purchase. All returned or exchanged products must be 100% new and unused.
  3. If your order was damaged in shipping, please contact us within 5 days of delivery to quickly resolve the issue.
  4. Order cancellation? Please contact Duvall Leatherwork as soon as possible.
  5. All refund recipients will receive an email confirmation for their records.
  6. To exchange your purchase, email us at service@duvallleatherwork.com to place your new order and receive your return authorization number. Exchanges ship within 1-2 business days. Please note, we will ship your exchange for free, however the customer is responsible for return shipping.

**If you order an incorrect belt size, you must contact us via phone (570)283-9297 so we can clearly determine why you have received an incorrect belt size.  We’re a small business and can’t absorb tons of returns so please be sure to measure yourself correctly.  Use our sizing chart on every belt page or watch our YouTube video on how to measure yourself for a belt.
