    Website is awkward. Difficult to compare items. Different colors are completely different pages. Wound up accidentally ordering an unintended color, a $145 mistake. No way to edit/amend an online order that I could find. Figured I'd call when they opened Tuesday as they didn't list any phone hours for Monday, but they shipped it on Monday. Oh, well.

    I purchased my first bag for a trip. The store shipped USPS postal service, and it was never delivered to my house. They are unwilling to send a replacement or provide a refund. I suggest everyone look elsewhere when purchasing a high end leather bag. The customer service is not good.

    Love the hats. I have a number of Duvall leather hats. Only negative was that I was sad to see such a small selection. I came on looking for a specific hat that I had seen in the past to find none of the old colors. These are my favorite hats I wear them everyday hope to see some of the older selections back.
