    The delivery was very disappointing. It was supposed to arrive last Monday, but it was delayed and wasn’t delivered until Wednesday. I know you have no control over the delivery process, but you do have control over who you decide will deliver the product. I would recommend FedEx or UPS the next time around. I know you’re trying to save money with delivery, but when you charge an exorbitant amount for the wallet, people expect it to be delivered within a specific timeframe.

No way to edit/amend an online order that I could find. Figured I'd call when they opened Tuesday as they didn't list any phone hours for Monday, but they shipped it on Monday. Oh, well.
