Got the wallet and the stitching was already falling apart. Shipped from their AZ warehouse so this seemed to be a non quality or custom product. The company has not responded to my request on quality as of last week.

Daniel, we apologize that you do not believe that our wallets are a quality product. I examined the pictures that you sent and I can assure you that the stitches are not falling out. It was a tail of thread that did not get snipped off when the wallet was handcrafted. Your original email reaching out to us was sent late at night on a Saturday. We are a small business in Pennsylvania and we are closed on Sundays so I responded to your email first thing Monday morning. It has been 10 days and we still have not heard back from you. All of our products are handmade in our Artisan Workshop in Pennsylvania and shipped from our stores in Pennsylvania. Again we apologize that you were not completely satisfied with your wallet as we stand by all of our products. The quality of our wallets are unmatched and it will stand the test of time for years to come as you can see by the other reviews on our page.
